This week’s meeting will focus on body modification and its intersections with queerness
Our host, Nana, will initiate the conversation with a short presentation touching topics such as consumerism and the politics of presentation, modification as tool for performing queerness and the ways in which modification provides agency to oppressed bodies.Finally, we will have a surprise slideshow prepared by the host.
