The spooky season is here, and we are dedicating this week’s meeting to the topic of: Halloween!

Please note that there won’t be a presentation, so bring your own feminist Halloween-related topics for discussion.

Examples of discussion points include:
🎃 witch-hunts and their misogynistic history
🎃 witchcraft and herbal medicine/healing
🎃 problematic tropes, e.g. anti-Semitic depictions of witches
🎃 grappling with a story told by she who must not be named (JKR)
🎃 problematic costume choices
….and whatever else you’d like to discuss!
