🕯️ Join us at our event focusing on self-care for activists! (Online & In Person)
✨ We will be using the book “Sustaining Spirit” by Naomi Ortiz as a guideline to help us reflect and understand our needs for self-care and connection. This book was written from an Indigenous & Disability Justice perspective, and has many reflection questions which we can go through together as a community. The event will be moderated by Mallika, she will be reading short parts of the book, and guiding us through these various reflection questions. You do not need to have read this book to join. We recommend you to have somethin to write on!
